Look after your spine – a free health screening at the Auchan Gdańsk Shopping Centre!

Every day, our spine works incredibly hard. Don’t wait until pain sets in – focus on prevention and look after your health!

On 11 September, from 10.00 to 20.00, we invite you to the Auchan Gdańsk Shopping Centre at 3 Szczęśliwa Street for free preventative health checks for working people aged up to 60.

There, you’ll be able to take part in free preventative activities, speak to physiotherapists and find out how to look after your spine on a daily basis.

What have we organised?

• A quick screening test (approx. 4 minutes) – a non-invasive back examination, with no need to undress.
• Book a free physiotherapy consultation in the clinic – for those who wish to receive detailed, personalised advice or discuss their symptoms.
• ‘Myths and Facts about the Spine’ quiz – test your knowledge and receive a small gift.
• Advice from physiotherapists and educational models – find out how the spine works and how to look after it effectively.

The event is organised by the Innovations for Health Foundation. The project has been fully funded by the City of Gdańsk.
